Don't know what happened to my review from last week so I'll do it again. Kinda surprised that Buffy's hasn't realized how long Angel's been living in Egypt. He's never wanted to take responsiblity for Angelus, why would he start now? He'd always been a liar and a coward. Now for Spike to take back what's his. Fantastic chapter, DoS, thanks.

Wow! What a fantastic chapter! Looks like Angel is determined to keep right on floating down that river in Egypt. Doesn't look as if anything anyone says is going to get him to acknowledge the darkest part of himself and take responsibility for the things he's done. So glad to see that Spike has regained his self-confidence and is ready to take on Angel again. Go, Spike! Want a ringside seat for the next chapter.

ME's little world of denial was the reason that horrible bathroom scene occured. Because according to the writer's Spike "needed" a soul to be good. Angel and Angelus are the same...? Can I just say...DUH!!

oh Spike just couldn't shut up but I am glad that he got his footing back. I just hope that Buffy really sees what is happening and she means the words that she spoke.

God, if only Buffy had matured to this level on the show how much better it all would have been. You NAILED, NAILED, NAILED Bangel in all its fantasy! FX network just aired "Angel" where Buffy learned Angel was a vampire when he kissed her (and as that kiss deepened he not only went game face but actually snarled at her!)...I had to say "Yup, Angelus right there." Spike didn't go game face when she beat him to a pulp!...okay, off soap box.
