I love this story so far. Can't wait to see what happens when the Scoobies finally appear. Great job with the internal emotional turmoil of both Buffy and Spike as they learn to deal with their past and try to slowly move on.

Their relationship seems to definitely be progressing. I'm trying to think about the timeline. Are they halfway through the summer? What's Buffy going to do when summer ends? Will she go back to school or quit?

EEEE!!!!! That was freaking fantastic!! Gosh, I swear my throat was constricted while reading Buffy's feelings and thoughts about Spike. Wonderful scene---and Spike waking up without Buffy---tears!! This is just wonderful, hon, and I can't wait for the next chapter.
