So just what is Buffy, and slayer/vampire hybrid?

A heartbeat? Reflection? Wondering just what she is now, besides Spike's childe. This is wild, she has silver eyes too and no blood lust. Very intriguing. She's just waiting for Spike to come back. Please update soon, can't wait to see what happens next.
