Exchanging Angel's ring for Spike's was a fantastic idea. Another way to show Spike just where Angel fits in her life. Sweet of Xander to give her a garden wedding. One more up raising was in order, now for the wedding! Thanks JD, wonderful chapter.

usually xander is at or near the top of the list of canon characters who should be crushed on sight. you are forcing me to, well, to almost like him. (i'm sure, that with therapy, i will forgive you.) very good read, thank you.
Lol. Sorry. I'd like to like Xander, but just haven't been able to since Season 1. I played him here able to find tolerance when he is happy (selfish of him, but better than nothing), in the hopes that I could like my Xander.
