AHA! So that's the burr under Jess' saddle...he blames Spike for HIS Slayer being killed! Stupid, but typical.
Poor Spike to loose Anne and Lieuko in the same night AND be blamed for Lieuko (figure Xander had to agree with Jess).
Looking forward to more on the Faith back story and more of the current. Buffy needs to wake up and see Spike as he is and always has been before she blows it again.

Thanks for the feedback! Xander actually doesn't blame Spike; being a father himself, he understands why Spike had to be with Anne. But the only way Xander could keep his son after it all went down was to cut loose from the Scoobies. I think that will become clearer in future chapters.
Anyway, there will be more up this week, I hope.

I think Xander's is not so much a slayer obsession as an "I have all access to a superhero" thing. And good on Spike for killing Dru. Looking forward to someone familiar checking in.

Spike dusted Dru, how fitting. In the state he was in, it was probably really easy. Right, Xander thinks Jesse will stop crushing on Buffy that easy? He still had one on her when she died, probably still does if he was honest with himself. Looking forward to the next chapter. Buffy's growing up I think and that's good for both of them. Thanks for the wonderful background. Excellent work.
