I re-read the first part yesterday and now, after a long time, finally got to this story. I'm liking it so far :D

Delighted to see the sequel and I like that you've sent the original Spike (?) from the last story on to another Buffy. I like the idea of him not disappearing, but rather starting fresh with a new Buffy. Great idea - thanks!
Thanks for reading. I hope that you continue to like it. As I found out when the first one was finished, Season II Spike had attracted his own fans who were unhappy when he just went "poof" and disappeared.

I was just thinking about this story, or rather the prequel, yesterday and wanting to reread it. Now, you have given us a sequel! Have they been sent to a future timeline since Buffy's body has lost the baby fat? But where are they since she's not eating at home? Can't wait to see what happens next!
Hee! You'll have to wait and see (although, if you peek back at the prequel's ending chapters, you will see that it has been concluded that these are separate dimensions. And, Buffy was put back into her 16 year old body, so her "old" body had to go somewhere - as did "young" Buffy's essence. Spike's a bit different because "our" Spike was dust so his essence went into "new' Spike's body, but he had no body to switch with so I have to come up with another explanation for alternate dimension Spike. Confusing enough? :)

Oh I am so excited!!! (not as excited as Spike, but excited*G*).
I loved, loved, loved the first story and it was complete in and of itself. I remember reading the A/N at the end and hoped you might revisit this verse and let us see what happened to the S2 Buffy and Spike who were replaced....this is a fabulous start. Tables are turned. This time it will be because he knows her...tee hee..love that irony!
Excellent and thank you for the unexpected gift of a continuation, or perhaps a parallel story is more apt.

Can I just say that the highlight of my morning, after picking myself up off the ground when I saw that you were writing a sequel to one of my all-time favorite stories was reading that story. Now I'm pouting that I have to wait a week for any update. This story promises to be as wild a ride as your original. I can't wait, please hurry!

good beginning, i think i understand a little about what's going on. if that's the younger spike and buffy, then are the future spike and buffy still together? will you show them at all, or will it just be the younger ones? i think it would be cool if they all could somehow meet, but i guess i'll just have to wait and see. love what you have so far!
