Great chapter, DoS. Whew, I'm glad Spike's out of there... I'm holding out hope that this is nice Giles and not pod-Giles. After all, Buffy's gotta show up sometime, right? I am a little surprised that the other Slayers don't know about Spike - he did save the world. You'd think at least, the Slayers who survived the Hellmouth would spread stories about him - they seemed pretty fascinated by him when they all lived together. And, I mean, Andrew... good lord, the boy had a crush on Spike. How could he NOT have mentioned him?

Hum....I don't know what sort of Giles we might be about to meet. In S7 he was such a a a a Travers kind of Watcher that he might not be the savior we are expecting. I wonder if he'll keep Spike's presence a secret from Buffy "for her own good" this time?!

At least the whole slave to Siron part of Spike's life is over.
