She still doesn't get that William never left, he was always there with the demon. She never did take the time to look. I love that both Buffy's are being taken care of by each of the other Scoobies. And yes I agree with you and the whole egg thing. He was trying to get money for her. Really enjoying this.
Thanks for the feedback, and I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought the demon eggs were for money!
I do have to say, I'm not one of those who thinks the person is still there after the vampire comes in. The vampire remembers the human and therefore (like Spike did) might have strong feelings about people in the human's life. But things end up pretty twisted around by the time the demon acts on that.

The Drusilla story gets confusing - we need more of this. Really like way the Other Buffy/Spike relationship is developing.

Interesting ideas going here. I can't wait to see what happens next. I really like the distrustful Dawn. Mom!Buffy is in for a rude awakening about our Buffy's world, I think.

Ohhhh, the other Buffy's so convinced that they're so different, is she? Will be refreshing when she gets the wind knocked out of her by all he could be without the change.
And the first Buffy gets to see human and loving father Spike...very nice. I can't wait to see how this progresses, their reactions to the different Spikes.

spike is right. these buffy has no use for the vampire that was and is part of both spikes. very good read, thank you. (that could have been phrased better.)

I think married!Buffy and our!Buffy are going to be a little enlightened by the end of this story about what makes a man a man and what makes a monster a man. I'm intrigued! So happy to hear you're over the nasty writer's block!
Some lessons will definitely be learned in the end.

Thanks! Indeed, this Buffy has had really different experiences. And she never saw vampire Spike change, so she's not big on believing it can be done.

Thanks. Other Buffy really does think of vampire Spike that way. Keep in mind, she didn't have extended dealings with Spike as a vampire. It really changes the perspective.
