This is exciting! Ever since that S7 episode, I've been thinking (and writing) that the Council was pretty much ended. But it makes sense that they'd have other facilities, other personnel ... and other agendas. The storyline about Vivian and her birth right denied is equally fascinating. And, finally, a plausible explanation for Giles and company keeping their distance from Angel and Spike! Can't wait for the next chapter.

hmmm...sounds like young vivian is getting sick...that could be very bad, i'm thinking...great start for this chapter, can't wait to see what happens next :)
