Yay! I'm so glad you're back! I've missed this story and have been anxiously awaiting new chapters! I love how mature and caring you've made Buffy and how close to canon Andrew! You've hit the nail perfectly on the head and I really hope you post more chapters soon 'cuz the angst is killing me! :-)

I also meant to add that I think Buffy has jumped back into the Nile. She has to KNOW Giles is behind Spike being there but is trying to ignore it practically begging Spike to exonerate Giles so she doesn't have to deal. Time she put SPIKE'S needs over hers and not make him take care of her feelings to protect her! Please let her be selfless for once!

Oh Buffy, Buffy, Buffy how I had hoped you'd be more in tune with Spike! He'll not burden her if she doesn't start acting like she welcomes him completely and gets her mind off how SHE feels!

Giles! Andrew pegged him correctly and BTW, nice monologue there from Andrew. I really hope he's not killed. I'd like to see Xander involved on the RIGHT side for a change....as in helping Spike and going against Giles.

Giles needs to be removed from control immediately. The simple act of his abetting Ethan and his enterprise (even before Spike)shows he's not fit in the least. He's gotta pay as does Ethan.

So glad to see updates on this one. Your story (and your individual WIPs as well) are all haunting and I think of them often while awaiting updates.

Buffy seems to have lost all her moxie -- I can't believe she'd just leave Spike like that. Thank goodness Andrew has it in bucketloads - he has more than risen to the occassion.
