oh i'm so nervous about the council and what they're going to try...spike's meeting with joyce should be very interesting...loved this chapter, love, can't wait for more :)

the nice thing about travers is that he makes sometimes giles look better. very good read, thank you.
Travers really creeps me out. I saw the actor in another movie and he was creepy in that, too. I think its the eyebrows.

I just love Joyce. She didn't completely freak out and she was honest with Buffy. But I don't know what will happen if Spike just shows up at the house right now. And will they tell him about the timelimit? Great chapter.
thanks Letitia. I didn't really appreciate Joyce the first time I saw the show, but I've come to realize her many good qualities. She's just about the only voice of rationality on the show.

Intersting, can't wait to see what happens next. Can spike kill that bastard Travers, that'd be nice.
Travers will have to receive some punishment for his evil ways, but first trouble must be stirred up.

Oh oh....this could be bad. Love Joyce's reaction though. She didn't just dismiss the likelihood of the match AND she kept calling Spike her son-in-law.

Joyce always liked Spike, well, she put up with him apparently when Buffy's back was turned. Maybe Joyce is a little bit precognitive like Buffy. Thanks for reviewing.

Excellent snappy dialogue - and I love impatient Spike. A nice break from Scooby disapproval.
