I just don't understand why Buffy tries so hard to sabotage her own life.
Because she doesn't know what she wants? I don't think most people her age do - even without the whole "chosen one" deal or being pulled out of heaven to mess with her mind.

I've been reading those series for last couple of days, wanting to catch up on it. I'm totally in love with it and you may think I'm crazy, but I actually like the idea of Buffy and Spike being with someone else... I think it makes the whole story more complicated. I can't wait to see what will happen - is Spike still going to move in? How will he behave toward Jacob? Because he really wants what's best for Buffy... Oh, just update soon, please!
Nope, I don't think that's crazy at all. :) That's why I wrote it. I like things complicated - it makes the story more interesting. What fun would it be if they just got together with no problem? :)

Noooo! Bad Buffy! Spike's much nicer than Jacob. Nevertheless, like the work and can't wait to see where you're going to take this
I don't know about that... Jacob seemed like a pretty nice guy the last time we saw him. And "nice" isn't really the word I think of to describe Spike. ;)

Oh Poor Spike. Somehow I feel that Jacob is not gonna be OK with the Slayer thing and that he only wants the girl-Buffy...

Ok, so I'm still ok and still along for the ride. That wasn't really anything I hadn't expected. I think bringing in someone from Buffy's past was really the only way to do this especially since she probably wouldn't really be looking for anyone new with Spike around so much. New chapter soon please!
Yeah, I'd actually always planned to bring Jacob back. I didn't get much use out of him the first time around. :)

Jacob was first introduced back in "Love's Bitch," as a friend of Willow's whom she set up with Buffy. Buffy broke it off after two dates because of something Spike said that made her consider her feelings for him. But since that didn't pan out, she's giving Jacob another chance.
