At last some balm for Spike - beautifully done.

I'm really hoping that Buffy keeps that vow to herself to never let him go b/c it's very clear now that the only things capable of healing Spike's wounds are Buffy and time. I'm looking forward to seeing this plan put into action. I was really disappointed not to see Willow finding out the truth in this chapter but hope she can still find out in time to help!

Absolutely breathtaking! My heart sobs for Spike and what he's been through and I only pray it gets better for him! I'm gonna torture Ethan worse than everything that's ever been done to Spike if Buffy doesn't beat me to him. Please post more soon and begin Spike's healing with his freedom!

A wonderful chapter and ending, but still kept me on the edge of my seat through the painful doubts and possible misunderstandings. Glad to see the two of them together and really listening to each other.

*Sob!* You're killing me here, you know that?? Awesome chapter; I'm so glad Buffy was able to get to Spike. And poor Spike; you can actually feel his humiliation when he realizes its Buffy in the room with him; please update again soon; I'm dying to find out what happens next, and if Buffy can get Spike out of there! I can't wait to find out what's going on with "Evil" Giles! I hope WIllow kicks his ass! LOL!

Again with the loving of this fic. Sweet, amongst all the badness that would usually make it impossible. Really good combination in my opinion, and for once Buffy's actually getting it right.

I really want ETHAN to spill about Giles to Buffy so she will have it from the horses mouth so to speak.

I love Buffy in this story, trying to say and do the RIGHT things, the REALLY right things for a change....putting Spike ahead of her for once. So glad she gets it that he feels diminished bcause of what has happened to him. He really needs to know she still sees him as a valid sexual being as well as loving him now, that he is not "tainted" or cheapened by what has happened. I think she's up for it.
