by the time spike is whole again, buffy maybe fragmented beyond repair.  another very good read in a fascinating tale.

Buffy just keeps breaking my heart right along with hers!  I really hope the trip to L.A. fixes Spike, completely this time instead of this crazy back and forth.  He's so lost that it's making him act differently than he normally would, a bit paranoid.  Want everything to finally be out in the open!

weeping, heartsick, remember the roller coaster, oh, god poor Buffy, poor Spike and furthermore--more please and still wit'cha cap,  Painful, lonliness, leaning into the computer screen to try and get as close to the story as possible--touching it like a lover, love phone vid Spike who adores Buffy.  Love angry Spike who just wants to "throw a fuck into the Slayer".  Want all of my boy back in one piece safe.  Waiting, patiently yeah.

Having seen the last season of ATS, I know a number was done on them and I get that Spike is still in the throes of that battle. It's just so angsty for a reader to juxtapose such vastly different time frames. Another roller coaster. I just hope that Spike can be integrated at some point for the sake of himself and Buffy.

Sad.. for both of them.. Maybe the merge of the two will bring some sort of resolution.. But maybe not the together happily ever after..
