I review every chapter even if its only 'Good Chapter' if its a good chapter but if their is something I don't like/a mistake I'd point it out.

Dawn's complete disbelief at Riley's motives hit the nail on the head and it shifted the gang's point of view enough to pause before attacking Spike. Spike attacking Buffy to save her from revealing too much was stellar, and I enjoyed him screaming at the rude group. Buffy breaking up with Riley was fun, too.
Buffy's emotions continue to run hot and cold. She has feelings for Spike, but doesn't want to really face them. It's emotionally exhausting, but also a lot of fun.

Very nice! Glad to see a more evil Spike than the sudden switch from Killer! Spike to Puppy! Spike we saw in the show. Can't wait for more.
I always did think that it was annoying that the tenacity that made him such a formidable vampire all but disappeared when he fell in love with Buffy. That bugged me. I'm glad you liked this chapter, though :)
