I completely agree that Angel is being unnecessarily jealous.  She's only being caring towards someone who has had their whole world changed.  Which is more than can be said for him about this situation.  I wonder how Joyce is going to respond, as the picture of Buffy alone in an old mansion with a half-crazed newly souled vamp has got to be a shock

I have a feeling that as Spike becomes more lucid Buffy is going to see a great deal of difference between the two vampires with souls. I think that Angel will soon prove that he is more Angelus than he ever let anyone know before.

YES!  Joyce needs to be there helping Buffy and Spike and I think she will.  She needed time to process but will be a big help now (and help keep Angel at bay).

Poor Spike.  The Scoobies should be ashamed of themselves having no compassion!

The wording of the spell makes perfect sense.  Hum...so Spike has that happy clause too....could be bad but the once he has a reason he has control unlike Angel so the soul might not be necessary in time.
