Great action! Can I say I hate Xander?!
Thank you. And yes you can. Xander's not my favorite of the characters either.

Can't remember if I commented cause I read this rushing to get ready to work but even if it's a second comment it's worth it!
Great action sequence with just the right amount of action. You can feel the urgency. Nice well executed rescue and just in time. Buffy would not have survived Adam. Glad she's not only met him but had him "explained".
Always love Dr. Walsh getting her just rewards. Interesting answer under the truth serum (kinda wish Giles had been there to hear it LOL). Hope Buffy thinks a bit about what Spike might well have endured at their hands. Glad she went to his "defense" as not some animal too.
Love Spike answering truthfully about why he helped even if he didn't really realize it was the truth as the words left his lips. The kiss drove it home to them both I think even if they deny it later.
Typical Xander....accept Spike's help then turn on him...sigh. Jerk!

Thank you! I could have easily written his death, yeah? LOL! What fool runs away from demons with his gun waving in the air? Xander, that's who. I've promised myself not to let my Xander dislike show too strongly in my fics, but every now and then, I slip in something silly. : )

Comment: Always love new chapters. I also thought that your idea of bringing in Adam was original. So was the glamour on Riley. Not to mention Xander and Spike sowing confusion ... really, the whole of the internment and rescue was excellent. On a purely fangirl note: looking forward to seeing the afterwards on this rescue!
