A human Buffy wakes up in a mental hospital after her dive off Glory's tower. She recovers her sanity and begins to build a life in the real world. But is it real?

AN: To provide a little more explanation and warning than might be visible in the summary. This grew out of a "what if" discussion on someone's LJ, in which it was asked "What if Buffy's sojourn in the mental hospital during Normal again didn't end?" or "What if it was real?" and some other possible scenarios. I was intrigued and this story was born. I'll be posting a chapter a day until this site has caught up with TSR and my Live Journal.
