Buffy snoops around Spike's crypt and finds something interesting. Most of the events of the story take place in London, 1880, a few days before William attends Cecily's party which I have set a Christmas time.

Future fic set loosely in the comic world (references to season eight events) but many years later. The Cleveland hellmouth is in trouble and someone thought long dead has called for help for himself and the resident slayers. Buffy to the rescue...

Now that Spike has returned from the dead, wasn’t this resurrected with him? Or was this left behind in Sunnydale?
Starts after the final episode of Angel, assuming no comic continuation. Contains many missing scenes from season 7. Complete at twelve chapters; 29,000 words.

Buffy isn't coping with life after Sunnydale very well and things get worse when she finds out that her past isn't as dead and buried as she thought.

Spike never came back in "The Harsh Light of Day," instead returning a year later to find that things aren't exactly how he left them.
