Sequel to “Cold Light of Day” (#2), and "New Territory" (#1), but also works as a stand-alone episode rewrite. Set in Season 5, during “The Gift”. Bits of dialogue from “The Gift”, by Joss Whedon the man himself, are used here to establish continuity.

Set in Season 5, picking up immediately after “Intervention”. First in a trilogy of one-shots, the stories can be read on their own, but are meant as a series. The next one is “Cold Light of Day”, followed by “Enough”.
