She never deserved him anyway. How many damn grand gestures did he need to make anyway? Offering to kill Drusilla, getting tortured by Glory, watching over Dawn when she was dead, getting a soul, dying in the hellmouth. Seriously what more does this chick want?
You know what, I'm glad he didn't come. Serves her right (I love Spuffy, but am kinda anti-Buffy- can you tell?). And may I point out, her poor husband? I feel sorry for the guy- I see divorce in the near future.
