OMG! WTF is Spike up to now?? Poor Solum. He went out of his way to save Spike and Buffy and keep them alive and now he's being given to the vampires that imprisoned him in the first place. Hope you're enjoying your chain saw.

Dang. At first my heart was really breaking at the thought of Spike betraying Buffy. After reading the chapter, I kind of realize why he still went along with it. Buffy basically denied him, rejected him again like all the others as if he wasn't good enough. That is the worst thing you can do to Spike because he will always react to it. He's been hurt too many times before.

So, even though I am really sad that he still betrayed them ... I at least understand why. I hope that a happy ending still comes out of this somehow. Good update.
