This story goes AU during the episode, Entropy. After witnessing a single kiss shared between Anya and Spike, Buffy is confronted with her true feelings for Spike. She's terrified that it might be too late to repair the damage she's done, but she can only hang on to the hope that Spike will be able to forgive her for all the heartache she's caused him.

Nominated at Loves Last Glimpse Awards Well, the long and short of it? Fanwanks of missing scenes of season five, though I will eventually go off canon, because I can't help myself... In fact, this might be a bit of a non canon fanwank- but it's all in one's perspective, I suppose. Let me know what you think, and reviews are good for the soul.

An interlude during "As You Were," before Riley enters Spike's crypt. I needed an explanation of why Buffy said "William," even though I don't believe she saw what he wanted her to see. Also a commentary on the episode itself.

Post NFA in which Buffy hears of Angel and Spike's confrontation in the alley against the minions of the Senior Partners and decides to go and get her vampire and take him back to Rome with her (Spike of course cos a Spuffy girl here!)
