So here is a one-shot, fluffy, Spuffy set in season 6.

Buffy's life has reached an all time low since returning from Heaven... the bills are piling up, the gang makes her feel out of place, and to make matters worse, Spike keeps popping up trying to save her. Then, just when she feels it can't get worse, Giles drops a bombshell on her. Introduce a demon with an offer she can't refuse and wackiness will ensue.

Spike resurrects corporeally and Angel can’t take it anymore. He betrays his childe in the worst ways possible: by selling him out of the family into slavery. SPOILERS: ATS season 5

Buffy has a tiny little accident during patrol. She accepts Spike's offer to help her, but doesn't realize that offer encompasses much more than her wounded ankle until she is already chained up to the ceiling of the lower level of his crypt. It is now up to her to decide if she’ll help herself, or not.
