I'm excited about posting here (hopefully - got to pass mods yet) the stories I'll be posting, all being well will be Universal Vampire - and Initiative based fic - winner of a Judges Awards at the Forbidden Awards and Switched - a comedy/light hearted fic - winner of Best Plot and Best Comedy at Sunnyd Awards! I'll also hopefully post my one shot smut A Dream Come True?

Single - ok divorced. In denial about my age but i'm not as old as the name Mabel suggests! Live alone , apart from mental terrier - hence lots of time to write - who needs to do housework anyway? I compete with my horse at national level - keeps me poor but fairly fit. I suffer from the normal JM fixation although, honestly, it's Spike that I lust over! I love reading - current faves Jim Butcher and Harlon Coben. I love music and seeing bands live. Finally getting to see the Foo Fighters in June this year!! Squeee!

Set in season four just after Giles has recovered from being turned into a Fyarl demon by Ethan Rayne. Spike has now moved into his crypt and happens upon Buffy fighting a strange looking demon. He is enjoying the brawl when the demon sends out a weird beam of light, which hits both Spike and Giles with quite dramatic consequences.
